Our cancellation policy allows for you to cancel your reservation up to 7 days prior to your arrival at no charge. Deposits are non-refundable on cancellations within 7 days of arrival. We are Pet Friendly in all cabins. A charge of $25.00 per pet per stay will apply. All rates are based on single or double occupancy and exclude Holiday Periods. Each extra person in your accommodation is an additional charge of $25.00 per night. Check In Time is 4:00PM and Check Out Time is 11:00AM

Our stay was enhanced by the friendliness and efficiency of your staff. Right from the moment we checked in with the front desk staff to the waiters, spa staff and our maid. We were made to feel so welcome. You have quite a team representing the resort.

All the special touches that had been thought of in the tent; the tea lights, the beautiful robes, the cd player that took an mp3 player and even an umbrella made a difference.

The food was outstanding.

The crowning glory was the spectacular beauty of the setting and the glorious weather that we were blessed with.

It was a spectacular stay. We will recommend the Rockwater to our friends as a very classy getaway.
