Recreation and Relaxation at Rockwater Secret Cove Resort

Leisure pursuits are fully provided for at Rockwater Secret Cove Resort for the enjoyment of all our guests regardless of age. Whatever your pleasure, you will find it here. Guests can choose from a wide variety of outdoor activities, which include enjoying our heated 45 foot swimming pool (open seasonally) or soaking up the sun on one of our many outdoor viewing decks. For those wishing to discover the many wonders of the Sunshine Coast, kayaking along the shoreline, hiking the nearby trails or mountain biking through old growth cedar forest and along coastal trails will be an ideal daytime excursion. Rockwater's dedicated Activities Concierge will gladly help you plan your adventures on the Sunshine Coast.

An array of leisure activities await you at Rockwater Secret Cove, Sunshine Coast Resort, be it a friendly game of Horseshoes, Bocce Ball, Beach Volley Ball or Croquet. And of course for those wanting to get into a bit of real competition, our beach volleyball centre will get the team spirit flying.


YOGA - Solo or small classes

Just because you’re on holidays doesn’t mean you have to forgo your yoga routine! Or maybe you would like to try it for the first time! Laurel our wonderful qualified yoga instructor will inspire and help you achieve your inner peace and relaxation. Classes take place in our Spa Without Walls venue overlooking the ocean within natural environment surroundings. Or for a more personal approach, you may choose to have the session on your private tenthouse deck. (weather permitting of course) In off season, classes may be held indoors in our Seascape room.
 
Whether deepening your personal practise or wanting to have fun practising with friends, Yoga is a great way to promote your health and induce a calm mental state.

Thomenby Island BeachWater Shuttle Service to Thormanby Island

Directly across from Rockwater Secret Cove Resort lies North and South Thormanby Islands. South Thormanby has a wonderful stretch of beach while North Thormanby is the site of the Buccaneer Bay Marine Park and campsite. When the tide is low it is possible to walk between the two while exploring tidal pools and a variety of wonderfully colourful marine life.Experience the beautiful sandy beaches of Thormanby by The M.V. Grackle departing daily from Rockwater Secret Cove Resort. Enjoy a day relaxing on the sandy beach or take a long walk along the miles of shoreline.
