Located in the Sechelt Indian Band's central complex beside the Raven's Cry Theatre in Sechelt. A showcase for the Shishalh Nation's lengthy history and diverse culture, the Tems Swiya museum offers a great display of artifacts and art including an extensive basket collection. Visit the Tsain Ko gift shop for authentic native art, jewellery and crafts.


Iris Griffith Interpretive Centre

Built in 2005, the 2,500 square foot centre houses a collection of interpretive displays characterizing human interaction with the natural environment from the mountains down to the sea. It is an ideal location to highlight these natural features and offers interpretive facilities on the mountain, wetland and marine habitats and wildlife of the region.

 

Sechelt Aquatic Centre

Located in Sechelt between the Library & RCMP building.
Monday to Friday 6:00am - 9:00pm
Saturday 9:00am - 6:00pm
Sunday 10:00am - 4:30pm

Facilities include a six lane, 25 meter lap pool, a large leisure pool, 250 foot waterslide, sauna, steam room, hot tub, full gym facility, family change rooms, disabled accessibility, and lots of fun water features for kids.
