Spa Hours:
Rockwater Spa is open seven days a week from 9 am until 8pm.Spa Courtesies & Cancellation Policy:
To better meet all our guests` needs, we respectfully require 24 hour cancellation notice for spa services. Appointments not honoured will be charged the full value of services booked. A credit card is all that is required to guarantee your booking.Please advise us in advance if you are pregnant, require assistance due to an injury or disabilities, or have any allergies.
Arriving for your appointment:
Late arrival may cause your treatment time to be shortened in order to accommodate bookings that follow your treatment. Hence it is advised to arrive 15 minutes early to allow time to check in and complete a health history form.Spa Attire:
- We want you to be completely comfortable during your treatment. You can either wear: undergarments, a bathing suit bottom, or au naturel. Our technicians are trained to drape you discreetly with linens and will protect your privacy at all times.
- Jewellery and valuables are best left in your accommodations or we can place them in a safe place in the treatment room.
- Come on an empty belly (try not to eat 2 hours prior to session) but make sure you are well hydrated. Towel and mat are supplied.
- When possible it is highly recommended to avoid wearing make-up to massage appointments.
