The journey of your senses begins with your first steps on our forest boardwalk. Welcome to the Rockwater Tenthouse Suites, the Sunshine Coast’s most inspiring vacation experience. Nestled among the arbutus trees and overlooking Secret Cove, this unique sanctuary opens onto an endless view of the Pacific Ocean.

KITTY HAWK Tenthouse

At the end of the boardwalk, you will find your own secluded Tenthouse, located on the edge of a private cove named Kitty Hawk.

With absolutely nothing in front of you except the water, this Tenthouse provides you with privacy and the feeling of isolation.

RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY

Rates are based on double occupancy, which is up to two adults in any accommodation.
Maximum Occupancy in the Tenthouses are two adults.
Each additional guest (over 12 years of age) is $35 per person, per night.
Children are welcome in all our cabins, lodge rooms and lodge suites.
Children 12 & under stay free when in the same accommodation as their parents.
All accommodations are non-smoking and no guest cooking is allowed throughout the entire resort.
There are no cooking amenities in the room.
There is no air conditioning in the room.
Outside campfire is not permitted.
Rates do not include BC Hotel Taxes or breakfast.
A one night deposit is required for all reservations.
Our cancellation policy allows you to cancel your reservation up to seven days prior to your arrival at no charge.
Deposits are non-refundable on cancellations within seven days of arrival.
Check-in time: 4:00 PM; Check-out time: 11:00 AM.
Weekend Rates will apply to all days of long weekends including Sundays and holidays, including December 24^th, 26^th and 31^st.
All the Tenthouses are adults only (over 19 years of age), not pet friendly.
Pet Policy: We have certain accommodations that are pet-friendly.
A $35 pet fee is applied per pet, per night.
Pets must be on a leash.
Pets must be left in a crate if left unattended in the room.
Local noise bylaws require our guests to observe quiet time between the hours of 11pm & 7am.
A $200 fee may be taken for any noise inconvenience.

KITTY HAWK TENTHOUSE

The Kitty Hawk Tenthouse is named after the cove in which it is placed. At the very end of the boardwalk, you will find your own secluded Tenthouse, located on the edge of Kitty Hawk Cove.

This Tenthouse comes with a very private deck positioned against the rock wall behind your Tenthouse, looking out onto the Georgia Strait. The most romantic spot for a candle lit dinner, morning coffee and breakfast, or afternoon drinks.

You don’t even have to leave your comfortable king bed to get a view of the ocean because you can see it all from there. This room includes a king bed, jacuzzi bathtub, rainfall shower, fireplace, heated floors, mini fridge, kettle, coffee maker, bathrobes, and slippers.

PREMIUM TENTHOUSES

Located right above the water are our Premium Tenthouses. These Tenthouses provide you with the private feeling of isolation.

Step out onto your deck and immediately feel the refreshing ocean breeze. These Tenthouses are perfect for candle lit dinners or relaxing brunch by the ocean.

You don’t even have to leave your bed to see the amazing view of the Georgia Strait and surrounding Islands.

These rooms include room include a king bed, jacuzzi bathtub, rainfall shower, fireplace, heated floors, mini fridge, kettle, coffee maker, bathrobes, and slippers.

WATERSIDE TENTHOUSES

These Tenthouses are located below the boardwalk, on the ocean side. Our Waterside Tenthouses give you a private deck and an unobstructed view of the ocean ahead.

Whether you are lying in the king bed or relaxing on the front deck, you are able to admire the Georgia Strait.

These Tenthouses include a king bed, jacuzzi bathtub, rainfall shower, fireplace, heated floors, mini fridge, kettle, coffee maker, bathrobes, and slippers

WATERVIEW TENTHOUSES

Placed just above our boardwalk, these Tenthouses are perfect for any kind of getaway with your significant other. Once inside, you will enjoy the feeling of nature with a luxurious touch.

These Tenthouses have a rainfall shower, jacuzzi bathtub, king sized bed, fireplace, heated floors, mini fridge, kettle, coffee maker, bathrobes and slippers just for you.

Spend your days inside the Tenthouse relaxing on your comfy king bed or outside the French doors on the deck facing the Georgia Strait. The Waterview Tenthouses offer a relaxing and worry-free stay.
